Menorca Airport mainly welcomes European flights from Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Palma, Valencia, Bilbao), the United Kingdom (London-Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol), France (Paris-Orly, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse), Italy (Milan-Malpensa, Bergamo, Rome-Fiumicino) and Germany (Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich). The island's strong seasonality concentrates most arrivals between June and September.
After landing, allow 15 to 30 minutes to collect your luggage and leave the terminal. Intra-Schengen flights do not require passport control, speeding up your exit. The baggage claim hall is on the ground floor, just after customs control, where you will also find the car rental desks and the tourist information point.
Once you leave the arrivals area, several options await you to reach your accommodation: car rental at the counter (Europcar, Hertz, Sixt, Avis and 8+ local agencies), the official taxi at the rank outside the exit, or a pre-booked private GetTransfer transfer. For Mahón town centre only, bus line 10 departs every 30 minutes (cash payment, €2.80).
